Police Arrest Two Suspects Following Armed Robbery in Gilbert

Gilbert, Arizona — A victim’s quick call to 911 is being credited with leading to the rapid arrest of two suspects following an armed robbery in Gilbert.
Police say officers located 18-year-old Dyllin Keys within minutes of the call, finding him nearby in possession of the victim’s e-bike and a handgun. Keys was taken into custody and booked into the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office jail on the following charges:
Armed Robbery (A.R.S. § 13-1904(A)(1))
Aggravated Robbery (A.R.S. § 13-1903(A))
Aggravated Assault (A.R.S. § 13-1204)
Misconduct Involving Weapons (A.R.S. § 13-3102(A)(2))
Underage Possession of Liquor (A.R.S. § 4-244.9)
A second suspect, a 14-year-old male who was allegedly seen fleeing the scene, was later identified through coordination between patrol officers, detectives, and school resource officers. The juvenile was arrested on probable cause on February 17, 2026, and booked into the Durango Juvenile Detention Center on the following charges:
