Motorcyclist Injured After Crashing Into Curb in Mesa

A motorcycle crash that left one person injured Friday evening.

The crash happened around 7:30 to 7:45 p.m. near Allen and Brown Road in Mesa, Arizona. The Motorcycle rider lost control and wiped out on a curb, causing him to go down.

Mesa Fire Medical responded quickly and transported the rider to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Crews believe the rider may have suffered a neck injury, though that information is still being confirmed.

The rider was screaming in pain as first responders assessed him at the scene.

The roadway has since been cleared, and no other reported vehicles were involved.
